I have been with Barclays Bank for over 30 years and have always found the staff very helpful and informative. The one exception was at the Wood Green branch, but that silly little man didn't get the better of me. The branch in Ramsgate has always been very good. The only misgiving I have with any bank is the reliance on machines in the branch instead of actual people. Please consider the customer, as well as the share holder. Thank you

They will always go out of their way to help you. Just recently my wife has had both knees operated on. i have hired a car to transport her round. They let her try out which car suited her best. Not many firms would do this. they have always been treated me very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve had 2 jobs done here, firstly a 3 stage metallic paint on my motorbike, beautifully matched and a glass like finish, then in my car the grille was damaged and the bumper wasn’t seated correctly, grille part replaced and the bumper now fits perfectly! Very reasonable price as well. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Honestly the service upstairs in the bike department was both friendly, informative and helpful and their so pleasant to communicate with. This man takes pride in cleaning cars. There are a few imo car washes dotted about the place, i know, I've used them, but you won't find one that leaves your car looking as good as this one. It's all down to the prep, and this man practically washes your car by hand before it goes through the car wash. I go for the Pro shield every time

Having moved to Margate in September last year I thought I might have a problem finding an independent Mercedes mechanic to equal the very high quality of service I received in Swindon for over twelve years. Not so. MercWorld have proved a great find and the level of service I have had from Des and his team has easily exceeded my expectations, and more. Des tells me what I need to know rather than what I want to hear and always places customer safety and satisfaction at the top of his business ethic. I have no hesitation in recommending Des and MercWorld to any prospective clients.

The fuel here used to be cheap enough it was worth taking the extra journey to fill up, this doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Its an age old petrol station situated on the edge of Pegwell and Cliffsend. The shop is well stocked, if not a little crammed. I would personally use the BP at Richborough or the Shell garage on the way to Ramsgate before making the trip out this way again.

Sorry not impressed. The job got done but one of the radiators I asked to be removed was not. 2 other working radiators I had to bleed as they would not come on, after the work was complete. When the team left the heating was not working, despite calling the gentleman, I didn't get much help, I had to work it out for myself. If I am left without heating then both myself and daughter will be ill as we both have severe asthma. I thought maybe it is because I am a middle aged woman, that I got this attitude , yet one of the plumbers was a very capable efficient young woman. However the gentleman in charge was not. Sorry won't be using again

I think we have been one of their very first customers and we are still loving them. We just bought our approx. fourth laptop from them and could not be happier. All the repairs they did to our other equipment has been first class.

We couldn't recommend 9G design's services enough. Chris and the team strive to make sure that everything is done to the highest standard in the most time efficient way. They have recently updated and launched our website which has been fantastic and they really spent the time making sure it encompassed all of the additional pages and functions that we needed. We often get approached by other companies offering their design services but we have found that they just don't achieve the same standards that 9G do.

The seats we found near the serving counter where the most comfortable I have found compared with other coffee shops. The customer service was also better than the other coffee shop. Customer in the shop were decent people.

This is the third time I've used Kent Car Craft and I am totally impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and customer service. Annabelle on reception is very friendly, asking if I wanted a drink before giving me the WiFi code. The mechanic Steve took my car for its MOT straight away and was soon out to tell me that all it required was bulbs. He wanted to make sure I was ok to pay for them now before fitting them, which is another nice touch. The atmosphere at Kent Car Craft is excellent, the Manager Owen (who I have spoken to before) is a real gentleman and, having had several bad experiences at other garages locally, I would be a fool to take my car anywhere else. I cannot recommend this place enough, great work guys, thank you and I'll spread the word! :D

Put my car in for an MOT and front breaks.Thought I was getting good value for MOT at £30 but found cost of breaks a bit high at £84 with fitting.My main concern was when I got the car back after knowing it had a blown front headlight bulb had it returned with the same bulb not working.when I brought this up I was told it was probably a intermittent problem! Really !! It wasn't working for at least the past week I had been driving and certainly didn't come on at any point. MOT is a safety check to avoid harm to anyone so to have the car returned with the faulty light after the MOT raises the concern of what other checks are not done correctly. Have always thought Kentcar care where a good reliable company and maybe this is the fault of just one mechanic but it reflects on the business.Hope this is a one off but not sure how I feel about using for Mots again

One of the biggest positives about the way Ashley operates is that he responds quickly to calls and texts - how many in the trade leave you waiting until you have to chase them, or just give up? He is also punctual, works tidily and asks for feedback. The feedback I gave him after the initial exterior decoration was that it was little rushed in places, so why five stars? Because he listened and accepted this, and came back the next day to rectify it. The job now looks great. Honestly, it's nice to employ someone who doesn't take a client for granted, and understands what customer service is. And he's very reasonably priced. Thanks Ashley.

Excellent decoration of late victorian semi detached, very pleased with end result. Keith photographed our wedding at Quex Park and was there for us from the morning preparations until the evening party and he made us feel totally at ease during the whole day. He took all of the shots that we wanted and many many more besides. All of the photos look absolutely amazing and we can't thank him enough. We decided to have a large album and also a signing frame which are both a fantastic reminder of our day. The frame was on display at the breakfast and during the party and Keith even made sure that it was signed by plenty of our guests. We would certainly highly recommend Albums and Portraits to anyone who wants to have great professional photographs of their wedding taken at a great price.

Great service from CJF. Quick response to initial enquiry & provided with an upfront Fixed Fee for the job of replacing taps and radiator in my bathroom. Despite job proving slightly more complicated due to bath taps being positioned against the wall, on the side of the bath, CJF came up with a solution at no extra cost. Bathroom now transformed. Thank you CJF. Will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending to family & friends.

We had a burst pipe in a really awkward location. They were able to fit us in later the same day and did such a clean and neat job. Really happy. Definitely recommend and will be calling again next time we need any plumbing work.

This site is very well organised and well placed out of the Margate main town and next to the Margate cemetery. Large area properly allocated with the access to bins separated by waste categories. If you go in your vehicle you park up to right next to the bins in the middle. That's perfect placement. There's no specific limit on how often or how much you can take to the dump as long as you follow the guideline on the thanet council website and don't dump any harmful materials that cannot be recycled.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the lay out works well, Yes I realise its a tip and yes i have been to many, its overall 'cleanlyness' leaves a LOT to be desired.and it should be selling/recycling stuff thats been got rid off. it aint difiult decent doors wot ever. It works and it makes money.

Due to a delay of maybe three months between selling our house and buying another house, I decided to engage Fox's Removal and Storage to remove all of my belongings from our house and to put them into storage. I have used Fox's previously for removals from London to my house in Broadstairs and did not look for another company even to compare prices. I selected well as the Team from Fox's were brilliant in packing three and a half big lorry loads in 2 days including all packing. Really nice guys. When I complete work at our new house - 3 months' time, I will engage Fox's to take all out of storage, deliver to my house, and distribute to appropriate rooms for me to unpack etc. No need to look further than Fox's

Best Chinese I have ever had! I wasn’t home when they delivered, so cooked me a fresh batch so it would be nice and hot for me. Lovely staff and fast delivery too!, highly recommend :) top marks from me.

Always good Chinese food from them. They will cook without msg if you ask and will try to accommodate any dietary needs as well. 👍👍

Phoned Kent criminal law and spoke to Matthew Griffiths I needed a defence solicitor considering I attended court by myself which luckily court was adjourned but whilst at court I communicated with on duty solicitor which he was under the impression I was not going to be successful so I needed a solicitor to help prove my innocence I work so had to pay for private ( which I was dreading) I spoke with Matthew and he gave me confidence in his work and a price which I could manage and I have to say the proof was in the pudding went to court today Matthew worked his magic and represented me professionally and proved my innocence would highly recommend his service and would use again heaven forbid me being in that situation again Thank you Matthew Griffiths

F.J.Rogers is a long established business situated on Grange Road Ramsgate Kent that continues it's long established tradition of providing excellent customer service and dedication to it's customers. F.J.Rogers continues to provide the expertise in supplying quality products from it's Televisions to every day items like purchasing a kettle to a toaster or vacuum cleaner etc. Also what the business provides which is retained for the area is to be able to call in say for a fuse a light bulb, a plug and all the other electrical supplies you need with friendly helpful advice. All this coupled with unrivalled knowledge from purchasing a new television to what rates fuse you require and an excellent repair and diagnostic service. The staff are friendly and helpful and all this retained in a long established business that supports it's new and long term clients. Highly recommended.

I have been using Coastal Aerial Services regularly for the last 18 months. They have carried out a full replacement on my home satellite system, networked all rooms in my home and office in Cat6a Ethernet and installed a multipoint CCTV system around my property. All of this was installed and managed centrally in a smart racking system installed in my loft. The work carried out was to a very high standard with nicely concealed cabling, and I have had no issues with it at all. Extremely pleased with the quality and would highly recommend Kieran and his team as they are always helpful and find the most sensible solution to any problems we have come up against. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. I'd attempted to fix the dish myself and the LNB was broken. The chap happily left me with a working LNB and said he come back to swap them out. If I were fitting another one I'd just ask them to do the whole job -- Outstanding customer service!

I cant express how happy I am with the service here. Ive been taking all of my pets here for years. Michael is a wonderfully considerate and knowledgeable vet and the staff on reception very friendly but professional. I don't feel with them that my animal is just another for money and taken in and out as quickly as possible. Time is spent getting to know and solve any problems as well as analysing causes and ways to go about making my little ones better. I am currently going through an illness with my little dog at the moment and they truly do care. Wonderful people, exceptional service and care.

Lovely place, really helpful staff who have loads of info if you ask; what to feed your dog, help to get the right size harness, and all sorts. As I understand they all have training for different types of pets. There's loads of products for dogs, cats, birds, smaller mammals, reptiles - including: food, cages, clothes (for dogs! Little shirts and raincoats), toys, and loads more. They have a glass viewing area in the middle which houses rabbits, guinea pigs, mice and rats- kids love going there to look. The vet clinic there is also good, really friendly and helpful receptionists. Most of the vets are great, though there is the odd one which I think might be in training still so there have to go out and ask co-workers.

I love going to this store as I like the excellent choice of most goods. The main drawback though is that it is a lot more expensive than most other shops selling the same products. There is excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. My two small Jack Russell dogs attend Companion Care Vets here. They hate waiting to see the vet so I walk around just outside the area. The waiting area is semi open plan with magazines and information to read whilst waiting if your pets will let you. The reception staff are always polite and friendly. The biggest drawback is that you see a different vet every time you come. This is very unsatisfactory when you need continuity of health care and advice for your precious pets. I always ask lots of questions which at my last visit could not be answered satisfactorily or an understandable explanation given due to a seeming language barrier. This is is totally unacceptable when dealing with the health care and future well being of my senior precious dogs.

Excellent service from a friendly fella. I don't see him much as I'm usually at work when he visits, but when I do he's polite, friendly, and always makes a fuss of my dog in the garden when he arrives. 5*!
